Before you write, it may help to know…

  • Managing your subscription: Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Scout & Seek to view, change, or cancel. Subscriptions are billed by Apple.
  • Restoring a purchase: In the app, open the plans screen and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
  • Free trial: Your 7-day trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • Parent area: The grown-ups gate (a quick math question) keeps purchases and settings away from little hands.
  • Deleting your data: Email us from your account address and we'll remove your account and data.

What to include in your email
